Step 1 — Intake & preparation
Before we begin, we briefly discuss your requirements. Which type of dashcam have you chosen? Would you like a front and rear camera? Should the installation be hidden? Based on this, we determine the best approach for your specific vehicle.
Step 2 — Mounting the camera(s)
The dashcam is mounted in the ideal position behind the windshield — as far out of your field of vision as possible, while maintaining an optimal view of the road. If you have a rear camera, it is professionally placed in the rear window or on the trunk.
Step 3 — Concealing the cables
This is where true craftsmanship makes the difference. All cables are completely tucked away behind the A-pillar, headliner, door sills, and dashboard. You will not see a single loose cable — the installation looks just like a factory-fitted standard.
Step 4 — Connecting to power
The dashcam is connected to a constant or ignition-switched power supply, depending on your needs. Do you want parking surveillance? In that case, we connect the camera to the battery using a special hardwire kit, so that the camera continues recording even when you leave the car.
Step 5 — Configuration & testing
After the installation, we fully set up the dashcam for you: camera angle, image quality, date/time, and any Wi-Fi pairing with your smartphone. We then thoroughly test its operation before you depart.
Step 6 — Explanation & handover
We briefly explain how to review footage, manage the SD card, and what to expect in the event of an incident. You will drive away with complete knowledge of your new dashcam.
